OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a bilingual business-minded, matured and experienced Christian leader to serve as our Executive Pastor, leading our staff and volunteers and executing the vision of Multicultural Family Church (MFC). The ideal candidate is a committed Christian with significant experience in leadership, developing systems and processes that further the mission and goals of a church. This person will operate as the key driver of church administration, supporting the Senior Pastor by managing the day-to-day activities of the church and ensuring all ministries align with the church's vision.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Vision and Leadership Execution:
- Support and execute the vision set by the Senior Pastor, helping to translate vision into actionable steps across all church ministries.
- Lead and manage the church staff, leaders and volunteers in alignment with the Senior Pastor’s directives, ensuring a unified effort toward ministry goals.

Organizational and Staff Oversight:
- Play an integral role in personnel decisions, including hiring, performance evaluations, and staffing changes within the church.
- Supervise staff, leaders and volunteers to maximize ministry effectiveness, providing mentorship and direction to ensure alignment with MFC's mission and values.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork among church staff and volunteers.

Systems and Processes:
- Create and implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and drive ministry outcomes.
- Align the ministries and departments of the church around the core vision and objectives, ensuring collaboration and shared purpose.
- Facilitate the annual strategic planning process, evaluating ministry effectiveness and producing a comprehensive plan for continued growth and impact.

Financial Leadership:
- Lead the church’s budgeting and financial planning processes, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources in accordance with the church's goals and priorities.
- Provide ongoing financial oversight, working closely with the finance team to monitor expenditures and maintain financial health.

Facilities Management:
- Oversee the management of church property and facilities, ensuring that the church building and grounds support the ministries and activities of the congregation.
- Work closely with the Facilities Team to plan and implement any necessary repairs, upgrades, or improvements.

Strategic Planning and Trends Awareness:
- Serve as part of the church’s leadership team, helping to establish long-term objectives and strategies that align with MFC’s vision.
- Maintain an awareness of current trends and best practices within ministries of comparable size, and integrate relevant insights into MFC’s operations.
REQUIREMENTS:

Spiritual and Biblical Qualifications:
- A growing, vibrant personal relationship with Christ, rooted in prayer, Scripture, and service.
- A lifestyle congruent with the biblical requirements for leaders as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-13, 2 Timothy 2, and Titus 1:5-9.
- A clear calling to pastoral ministry and a heart for shepherding and leading God’s people.

Education and Experience:
- A degree in business, ministry leadership, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience managing teams in a church or business setting, with a proven track record of leadership.

Leadership and Management Skills:
- An excellent communicator—both in large groups and one-on-one—with a demonstrated ability to handle conflict with wisdom and grace.
- Able to speak the truth in love while maintaining harmony and unity among staff and the broader church body.
- A proven ability to develop and manage systems, processes, and budgets that support the goals of the church.

Bilingual Ability:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, with the ability to lead and communicate effectively in both languages.

Technological and Ministry Expertise:
- Willingness to leverage technology in support of the church’s ministry goals and operations.
- Experience engaging and connecting people of all generations in ministry, from children to seniors, in a multicultural context.
